Are you a food and beverage enthusiast looking for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry? We have opportunities available for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to work at our signature Restaurant Azure, poolside at Breeze Cafe or at our Adults only pool, Summer Salt that has a swim up-bar and food truck.

We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding dining experience. Your role will require you to converse with our guests by explaining our menu and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible.

If you are working outside at our beautiful Lagoon or Adults only pools, you will be running food and drinks to your section, while also ensuring that tables and Cabanas are kept clean and tidy.

We require you to be available a minimum of 4 days a week and have flexibility on the days and hours that you are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Converse with guests and explain menu and beverage options
  • Assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible
  • Run food and drinks to sections during events
  • Ensure tables and Cabanas are kept clean and tidy
Requirements:
  • A current NSW RSA
  • Strong team player skills
  • Ability to work various rostered shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
  • High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
  • Confidence in conversing with guests and clients
  • Actively demonstrate pride in your work
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
