About Our Venue Management Opportunity

As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead our Byron Bay venue to success.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction.

  • Develop strategies to enhance service standards, manage front-of-house teams, and ensure seamless service delivery across kitchen, events and hospitality functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, meet financial objectives, and drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who can provide hands-on support, maintain high service standards, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

With a proven track record in general management or senior leadership roles, you should possess strong administration skills, be confident in managing high-volume venues, and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Additionally, we value candidates with solid knowledge of venue operations, rostering, cost control, and staff management. Your expertise in these areas will enable you to deliver exceptional results and contribute to our continued success.
