Swim Instructor Opportunity

Erindale Leisure Centre is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Swim School team as swim instructors.

About the Role

The successful applicant will deliver swimming lessons to a diverse range of ages and abilities, demonstrating strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Effective time management and organisational skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Relevant industry qualifications are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to various age groups and skill levels
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Swim School program
Requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate
