Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our professional team. You will help plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with national standards and our centre's philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and reviewing high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs.
  • Support every child's participation, agency, and learning experiences.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment, meeting all regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
  • Uphold the philosophy, policies, and procedures of our centre.
  • Actively contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Sound knowledge of national standards and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain professional standards.
  • Commitment to safe work practices, child wellbeing, and cultural inclusivity.
