Lead Educator Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver outstanding educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and educational specialists to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You will also be responsible for observing and assessing the developmental progress of children, using this information to inform program planning and delivery. You will work closely with parents and carers to ensure that they are kept informed about their child's development and progress.
