Position Overview

Our team is seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join us on this exciting journey.

You will work closely with our experienced educators to plan deliver and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework NQF Early Years Learning Framework EYLF and our centre's philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality developmentally appropriate programs.
  • Ensure every child's participation agency and learning experiences are supported.
  • Maintain a safe healthy and welcoming environment meeting all regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with children families staff and the wider community.
  • Uphold the philosophy policies and procedures of our Early Learning Centre.
  • Contribute actively to the Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent or working towards.
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF NQS and EYLF and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain professional standards.
  • Commitment to safe work practices child wellbeing and cultural inclusivity.
