Senior Manager Finance

We are seeking a Senior Manager Finance to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the organisation's financial objectives are met.

The successful candidate will have professional accounting qualifications, a strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards, and experience in finance leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of financial budgets, forecasts, and reports
  • Providing effective leadership to the finance team
  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of standardised financial practices, systems, and procedures
  • Coordinating and delivering financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional accounting qualifications (CPA/CA) with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

Strong understanding and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards

Demonstrated experience in finance leadership roles

Experience in financial operations: month end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, FBT (charity salary packaging), and statutory compliance
