Key Role: Chief Financial Officer

We seek a strategic financial leader to oversee the financial health and direction of our organization. This role requires both high-level financial leadership and hands-on involvement in reporting and analysis across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Produce timely, accurate financial reports, offering visibility into performance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for the organization.
  • Present financial updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee accounting operations and coordinate with internal/external accountants.
  • Monitor key financial metrics across all business lines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Assist in financial due diligence, fundraising, and investor relations when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as CFO or similar financial role.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent data analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial software and cloud computing.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Time Commitment

1 day per week/fortnight, or as required.
