Senior Delivery Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a project with significant social impact.

About the Role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams in delivering high-quality services by serving their needs and guiding them towards success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute Agile team cadence strategies
  • Manage client relationships and ensure project objectives are met efficiently
  • Facilitate delivery cadence and maintain team health and well-being
  • Develop the delivery team's knowledge of Agile methodologies and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology principles
  • Experience with widely successful Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, User Story Mapping, XP Practices)
  • Extensive experience as a team lead or similar position
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills

Our ideal candidate will be equipped with good new ideas to benefit the project and the team, confident in actively developing the delivery team's knowledge of Agile and managing stakeholder expectations given tight deadlines.
