We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist our customers who participate in an Interlock Device program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers can get back on the road as quickly as possible.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with a great balance of working from home and the office, or working full-time in our office once fully trained.
Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, external providers, workshops, and government agencies; managing files and ensuring data entry of customer information is current; generating invoices and timely collection of customer debts; and troubleshooting software and technical issues.
The ideal candidate has customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment, with strong written and oral communication skills. You must also have experience working under pressure and organizing work priorities, basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook), and the ability to deal with difficult situations with a positive and professional approach.
