About the Position:- Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle general hotel inquiries and engage guests throughout their stay
- Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, focusing on attention to detail
- Answer external calls and provide assistance or direct calls to the proper person and/or department
- Log all guest request information accurately and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Take ownership of issues and follow through until resolution
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Utilise Opera to access hotel guest information and update reservation details
- Have a thorough knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and be aware of any communicated changes
