Visual Design Expert Sought

We are on the hunt for a talented UI Designer to join our fast-growing team of creative thinkers and technical experts.

You will have the freedom to own your craft and grow as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually distinctive, high-performing Shopify sites that convert
  • Translate UX and CRO insights into intuitive UI solutions
  • Build out and evolve brand systems, component libraries, and design guidelines
  • Prototype micro-interactions and customer journeys that feel seamless and delightful
  • Collaborate with developers, strategists, and eComm experts to roll out redesigns, features, and enhancements
Requirements:
  • Experience designing eCommerce sites, ideally with fashion, lifestyle, or high-growth brands
  • A sharp eye for UI craft, visual hierarchy, and usability
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, asset libraries, prototyping)
  • Curiosity around CRO and how design decisions impact results

Bonus points if you have:

  • Shopify-specific design experience (theme customiser, liquid knowledge a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, testing, and analytics
