Job Title:

Senior Correctional Officer

About the Role:

As a Senior Correctional Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well-being of staff and inmates. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of all Correctional Officers within a designated area and contributing to the provision of dynamic and static security in the containment and oversight of inmate/offender activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Possession of a Certificate III in Correctional Practice or relevant custodial experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive official vehicles.
  • Preparedness to work a rotating roster, including shifts.
