The Role

This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients' customers. We're seeking someone who will consistently meet and greet visitors with a helpful and welcoming attitude, creating amazing first impressions by assisting guests with queries and special requests.

We're looking for someone who can deliver high-quality outcomes, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints

  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week
  • Full drivers licence
  • Prior customer-facing experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of safe working practices
  • Physically fit to carry out standard duties
  • Valid work rights in Australia
