Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the key Accounts Receivable administration duties, including payment allocations, lease terminations, and managing internal & external customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely payment allocations against open invoices in SAP, following up with customers to identify any disputes and negotiate a remediation plan.
  • Ensuring vehicles are terminated in SAP within agreed timeframes upon receipt of end of lease payouts.
  • Collecting on outstanding debts, negotiating with customers regarding overdue and disputed invoice amounts.
  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships internally, particularly with the Commercial teams to understand any invoice disputes and agree outcomes on overdue accounts.
  • Ensuring bespoke customer invoicing is sent on time and accurately, and processing direct debit/refunds.
  • Addressing internal & external customer queries within the agreed time frame.
Requirements
  • Reconciliation skills, G/L understanding, and effects of debits and credits and GST.
  • Some knowledge of accounting and accounting systems.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Ability to create teamwork, be flexible, and maintain an organized, open, and approachable working style.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress.
  • Good negotiation skills.
