Car Park Operations Manager

Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Park Manager to oversee the operation and performance of our site at the Canberra Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing visible leadership, direction, and management to a small team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have functional responsibility and accountability for overseeing the operation and performance across a portfolio of customers. Key duties include:
- Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to team members
- Actively participating in peer meetings to review group performance and establish service strategies
- Developing flexible and stable rostering systems to meet fluctuating demands
- Consulting closely with client stakeholders regarding service improvement initiatives
- Undertaking efficiency optimisation and cost control across the portfolio
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven leadership ability of field-based team members
- Ability to build rapport with and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Traffic management and parking experience is preferred but not essential
