About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Canberra site and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of 25+ employees, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all functions across the Canberra site, including planning, execution, and improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring a high-level safety and customer service culture
  • Deliver the overall branch strategy, driving business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry experience, with a focus on fleet management and team leadership
