Caravan Park Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Caravan Park Manager to join our team at BelgraviaPRO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our caravan park in the beautiful Yass Valley.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a caravan park or similar tourism property. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the park, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the caravan park
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of facilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met

Selection Criteria
