Job Title: Caravan Park Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Caravan Park Manager to join our team at BelgraviaPRO. As a Caravan Park Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our holiday park, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the holiday park, including staff supervision and guest services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our support office and local management teams to ensure compliance with WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR requirements.
  • Lead and supervise small teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business and achieve agreed KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of customer service and business development.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, administration, and management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and lead small teams.
  • Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes.
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
