About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable ETF Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the Product Management team across a diverse range of ETF products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a visible product launch pipeline in consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Bring new products to market in a timely manner, working closely with exchanges and other teams
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers on index selection and design
  • Maintain relationships with key service providers critical to product operations
  • Develop and maintain critical product documentation, ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Collaborate closely with sales on fund due diligence and rating agency reviews
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, e.g. CFA
  • A minimum of 5+ years of previous investment experience in ETF product management or related areas
  • Excellent technical knowledge of financial products across asset classes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial products in Australia
  • Knowledge of the ETF capital markets landscape
