About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Ward at Northern Beaches Hospital. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar setting and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care to patients in the Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Ward
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in education and training programs to maintain and improve clinical skills
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 2 years in an acute hospital setting experience
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
• Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
• Flexibility with shift allocations and the commitment to work a rotating roster
