Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Desk Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to clients, ensuring that their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in software and hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office and other software applications
- Experience with ITIL framework and service desk operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
