**Job Opportunity:** Service Desk Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Support Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting services to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support during business hours
- Offer technical support for end-user equipment
- Assist with compliance and audit activities
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Independently manage Level 1.5 support tickets
- Support remote/travelling users
- Technical skills in Microsoft Applications, Citrix, Webex & Active Directory
- Experience in a Service Desk support position
