Job Title: IT Service Desk Support Specialist

This role is responsible for resolving advanced IT issues and providing in-depth support for escalated incidents.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to IT teams, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions that align with organisational goals
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their problem-solving skills and knowledge
  • Participate in process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
  • Assist in managing and configuring IT tools such as ServiceNow and Jira

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of IT systems, including cloud services and system configurations
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
