This role is responsible for resolving advanced IT issues and providing in-depth support for escalated incidents.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to IT teams, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions that align with organisational goals
- Mentor junior staff members to enhance their problem-solving skills and knowledge
- Participate in process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
- Assist in managing and configuring IT tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of IT systems, including cloud services and system configurations
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
