  • Shape and lead a high-impact regional indirect procurement strategy.
  • Drive the transformation of indirect procurement across the region, delivering commercial value, strategic supplier partnerships, and operational excellence.

About The Job:

  • Elevate indirect sourcing across a diverse and dynamic region as a strategic procurement leader.

  • This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead the regional indirect procurement strategy, delivering measurable value and enabling the business to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional indirect procurement strategy aligned with global objectives and local business needs.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team across the region, providing strategic direction and enabling success.
  • Drive cost optimisation, supplier innovation, and process improvement across categories such as digital, fleet, HR services, marketing, professional services, IT, facilities, and travel.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to embed procurement into strategic decision-making and operational planning.
  • Advise on the optimal structure for Source-to-Pay processes and systems, working closely with global procurement and finance teams.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and elevate procurement's influence across the business.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform sourcing strategies and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in indirect procurement leadership roles within large, complex global organisations.
  • Experience in working across APAC and/or Middle East/Africa with some exposure to emerging markets would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, with a focus on delivering strategic sourcing outcomes across diverse markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering cost savings and supplier-led innovation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence operating at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience in procurement transformation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement.
  • A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with a focus on outcomes and team development.
  • A deep and nuanced understanding of business strategy and what it takes to develop, implement and evolve this successfully.
