This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned procurement leader to drive and implement strategic procurement initiatives across property, construction, and operational infrastructure categories.
- Design and execute comprehensive multi-year procurement strategies for store and warehouse fit-outs, signage, refrigeration, fixtures, and capital works services.
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage commercial relationships.
- Develop governance models, scorecards, and compliance frameworks to mitigate project risks.
- Ensure all procurement activity aligns with workplace health and safety standards, building codes, and organizational delegations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Property, Retail, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Workplace Health and Safety.
- Coach and develop a team of procurement partners supporting national development programs.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in property, construction, and capital works categories.
