Product Development Manager

The role involves strategic and tactical ownership of all marketing activities related to the portfolio of market-leading surgical consumables and sterilisation products.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies resulting in growth of portfolio
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate customer insights into actions
  • Identify key opinion leaders for product launches
  • Forecasting and pricing in support of tenders and contracts processes
  • Lifecycle management of the portfolio

Requirements:

  • Previous product development experience preferably within medical devices
  • Demonstrated understanding of hospital channel
  • Exposure to surgical setting advantageous
  • Product launch experience advantageous
  • Superior business partnering capabilities
  • Digital marketing skills advantageous
  • Superior financial acumen - forecasting/pricing/inventory
  • Strong market research and analytics capabilities
  • Hospital contract/tender experience advantageous
  • Collaborative approach
