Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies using data-driven insights
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve performance
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth and implement change
  • Supporting change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
  • Embedding a data-led decision-making culture and applying a risk lens to all improvement activities
  • Managing financial performance tracking tools and communicating strategic priorities across the organization
  • Overseeing process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence as a leader and mentor
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce planning within a complex organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
  • A degree in Business, Finance or a related field is desirable
