About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience
  • Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product knowledge, promotions, and offers to customers
  • Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising, including window displays, stock levels, and overall store appearance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
