The Role
  • We Are Seeking a Project Manager Who

You will have the autonomy to effectively manage your projects and ensure they are delivered safely, on-time and within budget. As a leader of a small, multidisciplinary team, you will also have the opportunity to support other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  2. Collaborate with clients, design teams, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to establish project requirements and expectations.
  3. Manage project costs, track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Procure, coordinate and effectively manage all necessary resources, including materials, equipment and labour.
  5. Implement quality, safety and risk control measures to uphold construction standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards.
  6. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues that require attention.
  7. Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including site staff and contractors.
Qualifications & Experience
  • MUST have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial and industrial projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to hold others to account.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodology.
  • Highly effective problem-solver; exceptional ability to analyse problems, develop solutions and make decisions.
  • Trade or tertiary qualified in a construction industry relevant discipline such as Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a degree with relevant post-grad experience (advantageous).
  • JobPac & Procore experience desirable.
  • Professional attitude with the desire to learn and progress your career in the construction industry.
