Electrical Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee site activities, lead electrical teams, and implement cost-effective construction methodologies.

  • Oversee all site activities under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Lead multiple teams of electrical workers.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to implement cost-effective construction methodologies.
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure all work meets quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
  • Provide Quality Assurance and sign off on relevant works in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage resource allocation in alignment with the project schedule.
  • Monitor ongoing and upcoming works to identify potential challenges or issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence.
  • A manual Driver's Licence.
  • 5+ years' experience in the electrical construction industry.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar leadership position.
  • Experience with Traffic Signals and Intelligent Transport Systems.
  • Experience with Public Lighting - Rate 2, Rate 3 is highly regarded.
  • Experience with overhead and underground reticulation is preferred.
  • A high level of organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent relationship skills and a team player attitude.
  • Flexible and easy-going approach.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
