This position is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join a dynamic team and contribute their expertise in designing urban development projects. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality designs for roads, stormwater systems, carparks, pavements, and driveways.
As a mid-senior level professional, you will be working autonomously while collaborating closely with engineers, clients, and architects. Your role encompasses mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their growth and development within the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years' experience in civil design engineering in Australia, and proficiency in software such as MUSIC and DRAINS. Familiarity with AutoCAD, 12d, or Civil 3D is a bonus. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality outcomes.
