Senior Water Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary water team in Newcastle.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.
The successful candidate will be able to provide specialist knowledge, technical review and advice, and technical leadership in their area of expertise. They will also be able to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams while delivering practical and economical solutions for clients.
The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a broad range of audiences. Ability to travel on occasions as the work requires is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Design and engineer water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines
- Provide specialist knowledge, technical review and advice, and technical leadership in your area of expertise
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Deliivelihood practical and economical solutions for clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, are highly valued.
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related engineering discipline is required.
