Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical expertise in pump station design, piping systems, process mechanical equipment, and water treatment facilities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and cutting-edge designs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate sustainable practices into projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in the water industry is essential.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of senior water engineering experience is required.
  • Strong analytical, design, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
