Job Title: Field Support Specialist

As a key member of our technical support team, the Field Support Specialist will provide expert IT services to internal employees across various locations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop and server support for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Assist with O365 experience, ensuring seamless operation of critical business applications.
  • Manage Active Directory, operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux), and network infrastructure.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging collective expertise to achieve success.
Requirements:
  • NV2 Security Clearance is preferred, but NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
  • Proven experience in a technical support environment, performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
  • Experience supporting corporate Windows and Linux environments.
  • Skilled in physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and operating system support.
  • Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support.
