Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

About the Role:
  • Test and inspect lifting equipment on-site and off-site to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and repair products to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through prompt resolution of issues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Suitable Candidates:
