**About This Role**

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the equity, growth, and profitability for an exciting wine portfolio through the co-creation and implementation of category and brand plans.

**Responsibilities Include**:

  • Contribute to the equity, growth, and profitability of your portfolio through the creation and implementation of category and brand plans
  • Product portfolio responsibility and management
  • Innovation and execution of new product and packaging development
  • Collaboratively work with internal and external customers
  • Lead the development and implementation of all national communications and media campaigns

**Key Skills & Experiences Required**

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field
  • Experience in a marketing-related position
  • Strong analytic capability and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Flexible and motivated with the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to travel to Milawa and interstate semi-regularly
  • Sense of humour/fun
  • Attention to detail
  • Current driver's licence

**What Makes You Suitable For This Role?**

  • Proven track record in the wine or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and legislative requirements
  • Love of and/or interest in wine
