Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the operational performance of our civil construction division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery, commercial outcomes, team leadership, and client relationships.

  • Provide high-level leadership across all project delivery functions and business units.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and lead by example.
  • Drive financial performance, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Review tenders, pricing, and risk assessments to maximise commercial outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior civil construction management role.
  • Proven experience managing land development or civil infrastructure projects at scale.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with experience managing large-scale project portfolios.
  • Advanced knowledge of project planning, man-hour and machine-hour forecasting, and tender oversight.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience guiding senior-level direct reports.
  • Demonstrated success in driving safety, culture, and business performance.
  • WA Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain one upon relocation).
