About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive change at scale across our Data Hall Design team.
- Manage fast-paced change enabled by technology while leveraging proven program and project management capabilities.
- Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build alignment and drive results.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience.
- Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds, and network augmentations.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems).
- Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate global team members.
