Water Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

  • This leadership role is within the Water Infrastructure team in Queensland, driving alignment with company vision and strategy.
  • The successful candidate will report to a senior leader and provide direction to the team to ensure delivery of high-quality water network infrastructure consulting services.
  • The role involves collaborating with other offices and business lines, and managing professional development, career paths, safety, and well-being.
  • The leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality services on time, including pipelines, pumping stations, tanks/reservoirs, etc.
  • Closely working with Business Leaders, Project Management, Commercial Leader, Market Leader, and Practice Leaders to achieve shared goals.
About the Role

Monitoring and maintaining staffing levels based on workloads, initiating business development opportunities, fostering authentic leadership, open communication, and collaboration.

  1. Coordinate resource and technical development requirements with leaders.
  2. Prepare and review proposals, estimates, and submission documents.
  3. Ensure the business secures repeat business for valued clients.
  4. Participate in projects as either Project Manager, Project Technical Leader or other roles.
  5. Responsible for talent management lifecycle, performance objectives, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
Requirements

Mental health awareness and general well-being of staff. Strong relationships establishment and maintenance, career development, recruitment suggestions, succession planning, and performance management.

A strong focus on collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement will be required.
