Job Description:

This is a senior role that requires a strong leader who can provide high-level direction across all project delivery functions and business units. The successful candidate will champion a robust safety culture and lead by example across all operations.

The ideal candidate will drive the financial performance of civil contracts, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. They will build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance on project planning, man-hour and machine-hour forecasting, and tender oversight.
  • Leading a stable and capable team of five direct reports, including three Construction Managers, an Operations Manager, and an Administrative Support Officer.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with experience managing large-scale project portfolios within the civil construction industry.
