As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of business solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our growing organization and help us drive success in the Canberra market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, managing sales cycles, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding client challenges, guiding their expectations, and maintaining Salesforce data hygiene while managing contract creation and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce data and managing contract creation and execution
  • Working closely with our Talent team to resource upcoming engagements
  • Identifying growth opportunities and illustrating the value of our products and services
  • Providing oversight to ensure a high-quality end-to-end customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a sales and/or client-facing role
  • Experience working with State Government or Retail/Manufacturing organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts, including ad-hoc requests
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
