Cooling Tower Maintenance Technician
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cooling Tower Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on cooling towers, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning down of cooling tower units and associated machinery
- Handling and using cleaning chemicals
- Working at heights and confined spaces on occasion
- Completing service reports
- Using safety systems including lock out/tag out and JSA's
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to safely handle and use chemicals
- Confined Space and Working At Heights tickets preferred but not essential
- Solid knowledge and understanding of OH&S compliance and JSA's
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
