We're hiring experienced contractor evaporative cooling systems field technicians to help lead our next phase of growth. If you've got strong hands-on trade skills and want to work with experienced techs while expanding your skill set, read on.

Who We Are

Complete Cooling Towers (CCTS) is NSW's leading cooling tower service business, and we're expanding to VIC. We are trusted by facility managers, industrial clients, and commercial building owners for expert servicing, installation, and repair of cooling towers. We're growing fast and need capable technicians to help deliver to our high standards.

We are now expanding into Victoria and seeking ABN contractors to join us on exciting new projects across Melbourne and regional VIC.

The Work

  • Cooling tower maintenance, repairs, and minor rebuilds
  • Basin cleans, nozzle servicing, gearbox and fan replacements
  • Mechanical installations and upgrades
  • Compliance with site safety procedures, SWMS, and client protocols

Contractor Requirements

Mandatory:

  • ABN + GST registration
  • Relevant insurances (Public Liability min $20M, Workers Comp / personal accident)
  • White Card (VIC)
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
  • Skilled labour/trade team access
  • Own tools, PPE, and reliable transport
  • Mechanical/HVAC/plumbing/industrial services experience

Preferred:

  • Direct cooling tower experience
