Job Title: Tower Erection Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tower Erection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our telecommunications team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining tower infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Antenna mounts, steel works, equipment, cabling, fibers, DC, and RF systems.
  • Rigging steel, tower erection, head frame, turret, face frame, and integration/commissioning/testing.
  • Documentation, handover photos, and quality assurance.
  • Testing and commissioning of PIM testers, Sitemasters, RET masters, fiber testers, power meters, smart aligners, and DC/AC multimeters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in tower erection and maintenance.
  • 5 years' overall experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Technical knowledge of MS Office, technical drawing, connection diagrams, and telecommunication systems.
