Job Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the establishment of a new Renal Transplantation Unit in south-western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline the pretransplant process, donor assessment, and coordinate relevant services for renal transplantation.
  • Develop post-transplant care strategies, including immediate post-discharge care and long-term management.
  • Provide clinical leadership and treatment for patients with kidney diseases.
Required Expertise
  • CURRENT medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or other specialist recognition.
  • Proven clinical practice of high standard, with ability to adapt to contemporary best practice.
  • Research experience in renal transplantation and capacity to undertake ongoing research.
