We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Concierge team.

About the Role
  • Maintain the highest levels of service and professionalism in all interactions with guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, cultural experiences, transport, and special services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and businesses to enhance guest experiences.
  • Support and coach your team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and reservations when required.
  • Evaluate VIPs and repeat guests receive personalized attention and recognition throughout their stay.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in guest services, front office, or concierge operations (2 years preferred), or a degree in Hospitality/Business with a passion for luxury service.
  • Exceptional knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • A warm, polished presence with genuine care for people and service excellence.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in challenging situations.
