Operations Team Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in driving continuous process improvement, while fostering effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About The Role

As Operations Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management of online teams, customer service teams, inventory, and office activities. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability.

You will be a highly experienced retail professional accountable for your store's inventory processes and financial management activities.
