Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our After Sales and Service team based in Pinkenba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product warranty issues, and ensuring that our systems are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing product advice and support to customers to resolve product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring that claims are managed effectively and reporting on issues, statistics, and procedures
- Ensuring that our systems are kept up to date
- Managing day-to-day requirements, including processing work orders and invoices and arranging suspected product returns
About You
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support/warranty role
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
