The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product advice, and technical support to resolve product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Product Advice and Support: Provide technical product advice and support to customers to resolve product warranty issues.
- Claims Management: Ensure that claims are managed effectively and report on issues, statistics, and procedures.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that our systems are kept up to date.
- Day-to-Day Requirements: Manage day-to-day requirements, including processing work orders and invoices, and arranging suspected product returns.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support/warranty role.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft).
- Communication Skills: Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
